In Negros Occidental Philippines there are a festival called "Dinagsa" in Cadiz City and "Sinulog" in Kabangkalan City. This is some kind of a unique and funny festival because everyone is putting each other a paint on there faces.
If have no paint in your face will good luck for you,because someone will going to made it just only for you. I believe that will be the worst face to happen.wahahaha
My advice for you before you go to this festival,try to wear black t-shirt & just be cool just enjoy the paint.
Don t worry because it is water base.hehehehe
