Alex Gonzaga, (born Catherine Cruz Gonzaga January 16, 1988), and prior to her name change in 2008, also known as Cathy Gonzaga, is a Filipina actress. She played the role of Alex, in ABS-CBN's sitcom Let's Go and Go Kada Go and played Christine in My Girl.
She is the sister of fellow actress and host Toni Gonzaga.
